Awesome idea, poor execution

I think the developers are really on to something with this app, but I cant give it a good rating. Used it a bit... Then set it aside for a few hours. I noticed the GPS icon was still showing later in the day, and my battery was draining quickly. I killed all running apps... GPS still active. Rebooted, GPS icon still there even though no apps were running. Started doing some more methodical troubleshooting and determined GPS was always running regardless of whether Tagwhat was active or even in the background. Removed it and after that, all was well again.
